Consider second family for your elder care needs

As a care manager, this agency provided quality care to the clients that I worked with over the years. Their caregivers provided very good care to my clients and maintained their sense of calm for those more challenging ones. The owners, who I worked with very closely, were attentive to not just the clients but to my concerns and feedback. They were not dismissive of constructive criticism and their effort to match the client with the right aide was beyond my expectations.
