Your 2nd Family caregivers will provide reminders for your loved one’s prescription and non-prescription medications to ensure that the proper doses are taken at the scheduled times. Our goal is to protect that special person’s well-being by eliminating medication errors and harm from accidental misuse.
Support for Alzheimer’s disease and dementia patients
Performing ADLs can be particularly frustrating for people with progressive cognitive conditions. Our caregivers have completed specialized training to help your loved one with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia thrive at home and potentially experience a slowdown of cognitive impairment symptoms.
