Hear From a Happy Family
2nd Family was wonderful with my mother. First, while she was still at home and just needed a “friendly couple of hours” of company. Then, later, when she was in skilled nursing after a stroke, the 2nd Family team was part of her care plan for some extra interaction when COVID kept my siblings and me from being able to visit her in person. Yes, we has some scheduling issues, but that is part of the health care environment and the fact that care givers have personal issues come up too. But Chris and Emily were truly caring and always responsive. It’s a really tough business to be in and we were lucky to find such a caring team of people!
