Over the last 32 years, Tom Jr. earned a reputation as a reliable source in the cemetery business; working with thousands of families to help them decide on the perfect final resting place. Each family entrusted to him the family’s heritage; a task he took personally. Then, a number of years ago, he had the opportunity to help form a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that helped veterans in need of transportation to and from their medical appointments at the VA after learning about the number of veterans who lacked the ability to get to the appointments. It was during this time that Tom Jr. became passionate about helping people become informed about health care and long-term care options. Providing senior home care in Fairfield and the surrounding areas for the elderly in our community was a natural next step.

Our Story Our Story
In 2013, Tom III started work for Liberty Travel in Sales and Marketing. His first year with the company he was awarded with the “Rookie of the Year” award at the organization’s yearly National Gathering, for having sold the most product as a first year employee across the entire organization. In 2015, the company created a new division of the company called Flight Center specializing in Corporate and upscale travel options. Tom was chosen to lead this new division, hire employees and oversee all aspects of this project. In 2022 Tom started working in the funeral business and this is where he discovered an interest in home care for seniors. Tom was in awe of the compassion and dedication he witnessed first-hand in the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants. Tom III knew immediately that he wanted to join his father providing senior home care in central north Jersey.
