This isn’t just a business—it’s a mission to serve families like mine who are navigating a confusing and emotional time.

Our Story
My grandfather was everything to me. We shared a bond that shaped who I am. He was fiercely independent and worked until he was 75, when he was diagnosed with prostate cancer. Fortunately, my career allowed me the flexibility to take him to every appointment and treatment. During those long days in waiting rooms and chemo units, I would talk with other seniors—many of whom were there alone and navigating the scariest times of their lives. Those conversations, though small at the time, made a lasting impression on me. After he passed, my grandmother began showing signs of dementia, and once again, I was fortunate enough to step in and care for a loved one who had always cared for me.
Years later, after building multiple successful businesses, I found myself searching for something more meaningful—something that aligned with the experiences that had quietly shaped my heart. That’s why I joined 2nd Family. It’s my way of honoring my grandparents by creating a company focused on dignity, compassion, and connection for seniors—ensuring others don’t face aging and illness alone, and that families receive the support they deserve. I hope to have an opportunity to provide your loved one with the same great care I wanted for my family.
