While many care brands nationwide may have some team members who hold this certification, not all locations—or all home care providers—are staffed by CSAs.
At this time, 2nd Family’s Maryland location is the only location with a Certified Senior Care Advisor on staff. However, all 2nd Family teams follow the same compassionate, family-first philosophy that the CSA certification supports alongside expert care from our senior living advisors.
